Our essence
La Cabaña is not a beach bar you pass through. It is a plan for the whole day, designed to stretch time: from the first coffee with salt in the air to the last cocktail under the stars.
Produce-led cooking, the grill and vermouth; warm, unhurried service; and one of the brightest beaches of the Costa Blanca as our dining room. Here the Mediterranean is not something you look at: it is something you live.

Our philosophy
We work with local growers and fish straight from the market auction. The grill sets the rhythm of the kitchen; vermouth sets the rhythm of the table afterwards. Every dish looks for the honest flavour of the Mediterranean, with nothing to hide behind.
